We are pleased to offer complimentary Ground delivery on all orders to the 48 contiguous states. Our standard shipping partners are UPS and USPS.

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. If you place your order after 12 PM ET, it will be processed on the next business day. For items on preorder, the estimated delivery date will be listed on the product page.

During peak promotional periods or our annual warehouse inventory (the first week of January), please allow up to 6 business days for your order to be fulfilled and shipped. We do not ship on weekends or national holidays, which include:

Post Office Delivery

To ensure your order arrives safely and securely, a signature is required for all deliveries valued at $2,000 or more.

Please note that delivery times are subject to our shipping partners' holiday schedules. We recommend checking their websites for specific delivery cutoff dates during holiday periods.

For security and quality control, we are unable to ship to P.O., APO, or FPO box addresses.

RETURNS

Return Policy

We stand by our commitment to quality and your complete satisfaction. If you're not delighted with your purchase from Verleu.com, we are pleased to offer a full refund with complimentary return shipping.

For a seamless return process, please keep the following in mind:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• We can only accept items that are in their original, unused condition, with all labels and packaging intact. We are unable to accept laundered items.
• This policy applies only to purchases made on Verleu.com. Items purchased through our retail partners must be returned to them directly.
• All items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
• Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
• Please note that we are unable to process exchanges. If you would like a different item, we invite you to place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
• Original shipping fees, import duties, and tariffs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your return. All sales become final 30 days from the date of shipment.

Return Process

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Verleu purchase. If for any reason you're not, our return process is designed to be simple and seamless.

• Initiate Your Return: Contact our Customer Service team at customercare@verleu.com to begin your return. Please have your order number ready so we can assist you promptly.
• Receive Your Label: Our team will provide you with a complimentary, pre-paid return shipping label via email.
• Pack & Ship: Securely pack your unused item(s) in their original packaging, attach the provided label, and drop off your package at any UPS or USPS location.
• Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

A quick reminder: We can only accept items that are in their original, unused condition, with all labels and packaging intact.

Changes or Cancellations

We process and ship most orders placed before 12 PM ET, Monday through Friday, on the same day. This means there's only a small window to change or cancel your order after it's been submitted. If you need to make an adjustment, please email us at customercare@verleu.com as soon as possible.
