We are pleased to offer complimentary Ground delivery on all orders to the 48 contiguous states. Our standard shipping partners are UPS and USPS.
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. If you place your order after 12 PM ET, it will be processed on the next business day. For items on preorder, the estimated delivery date will be listed on the product page.
During peak promotional periods or our annual warehouse inventory (the first week of January), please allow up to 6 business days for your order to be fulfilled and shipped. We do not ship on weekends or national holidays, which include:

Post Office Delivery
To ensure your order arrives safely and securely, a signature is required for all deliveries valued at $2,000 or more.

For security and quality control, we are unable to ship to P.O., APO, or FPO box addresses.

- We can only accept items that are in their original, unused condition, with all labels and packaging intact. We are unable to accept laundered items.
- This policy applies only to purchases made on Verleu.com. Items purchased through our retail partners must be returned to them directly.
- All items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

We advise against using fabric softeners. Our bamboo lyocell fabric is already incredibly soft and will maintain its luxurious feel without chemical softeners, which can actually degrade the fibers and reduce their moisture-wicking properties over time.
Is bamboo bedding wrinkle-free?
While bamboo lyocell is naturally more wrinkle-resistant than cotton, it may still have some light wrinkles. To minimize them, promptly remove the bedding from the dryer or line dry until just damp before making the bed.
How do I remove wrinkles from my bamboo lyocell bedding?
To minimize wrinkles, remove your bedding from the dryer promptly. If you prefer, you can also line dry your sheets until they are just damp, and then make the bed while they are still slightly moist.
